- NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.
To be eligible for the "Atlantis Paint & Design $15.000 Home Decoration Giveaway" Contest, an individual must:
A. Be a legal home owner, and legal resident of Ontario, more specifically the GTA, and
B. Have reached the age of majority in Ontario from the Contest Starting Date to the date of the draw.
The Contest begins at 9:00 AM ET on April 10, 2009 and ends on May 31, 2009 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period").
- No purchase is
necessary to enter the Contest.
- To enter the Contest, homeowners must register online at www.atlantisonline.ca or visit our contest kiosk.
- Maximum one entry per household/email address
– if it is discovered in the ordinary course of the contest that you entered more
than once, you will be disqualified.

- Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash.
- The total value is
approximate and may not be exact.
- Contest organizers (Atlantis Paint & Design) reserve the right; in their sole discretion to
substitute any and all of the prizes for prizes of equal or greater value should all or part of a prize become unavailable for
any reason.

A. A random draw from all eligible entries received will take place on Monday, June 1, 2009.
Odds of winning are solely
dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

B. The selected Entrants will be notified by phone and/or by email. The contest winner must call Atlantis Paint & Design within
72 hours (647-285-2684) and be required to submit a digital photograph for marketing purposes to claim their prize.
Otherwise, another finalist name will be chosen and emailed until someone replies within the specified time frame. If a
selected entrant does not comply with these Contest Rules, he/she will be disqualified and will not receive a prize and
another Entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible finalists.
- C. Contest organizers and the Sponsors are not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of selected Entrant to
receive notification or for contest organizers to receive selected Entrant’s response (including, but not limited to the fact that
the eligible winner has a Call Privacy feature). Before being declared a winner, the selected Entrant will be required to sign
an agreement and release confirming:
a. Compliance with the Contest Rules
b. Acceptance of the prize as offered
c. Granting Atlantis Paint & Design the unrestricted rights, in their collective or individual discretion, to publish without any
further compensation the name, picture, portrait, likeness, voice and ideas of that Entrant for advertising and
promotional purposes in relation to this contest.
A. The decisions of Atlantis Paint & Design will be final and binding on all Entrants. Atlantis Paint & Design and the Sponsors
shall not bear any liability for:
a. Contest entries which are lost, stolen, delayed, destroyed, or illegible, incomplete or otherwise improperly completed,
b. The loss, theft or misuse of the prize
c. Any property damage, personal injury or misfortune in any way attributable to this contest or the prize. Personal
information provided by the Entrant will be used to administer the contest, and will not be used for any other reason.
However, by entering, each Entrant grants Atlantis Paint & Design the right to use his or her name and/or likeness,
without further compensation, in any advertising or publicity if declared a winner. Any attempt to deliberately damage
any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should
such an attempt be made, Atlantis Paint & Design reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent
permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
d. Atlantis Paint & Design and the Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect,
delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or
alteration of, entries. Atlantis Paint & Design are not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of
any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email,
players, or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on
account of any combination of the foregoing. Atlantis Paint & Design and the Sponsors are not responsible for any injury
or damage to Entrants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this
contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Atlantis Paint &
Design which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Atlantis
Paint & Design reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR
UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ATLANTIS PAINT & DESIGN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE
THE USER'S ACCOUNT, IF ANY, AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED
BY LAW.
The names of the winners will be sent in an ensuing edition of the ATLANTIS Paint & Design e-newsletter.
Winners are also notified by phone.
